DoggCrapp Reloaded A-3

I had big plans to take lots of naps this weekend! AND it didnt happen ! Had emergencies all morning on saturday and then spent all afternoon at the new church building tearing things down and cleaning things up. Sunday was no better as we had church and then Devri did my nails. i have to say, I love you Devri, but i look like i have some terrible disease on my fingers!! These are not ones to brag about! But it is only 2 weeks, at least that is what i keep telling myself!

got up this morning and i did my hanging leg raises, 45 of them as one set! I was not in a good mood when i got up and i spent some time lecturing myself on it. By the time i called the boss for my workout at 6:30 i was in a much better mood albeit far from a great one! I will say that it did improve post workout even if he did try and kill me yet again!

DoggCrapp Reloaded A-3

so remembering that 3s are supposed to be low weights and high reps, higher reps, i was dreading today! blah, that sucks for legs!

legs

one leg calf raises
*40 for each leg

seated leg curls
*75# for 15
*75# for 15
*75# for 15
these were harder than i had expected. good burn in the hams though!

lunges
*45# dbs -12 each leg
*40# dbs- 15 each leg
i think i came close to dying on these!

leg press
*375# for 35
i thought about being lazy and just leaving the 400# on and then i thought “hmmmm debbie, be smart. if you do 400# this week then next week you will have to do more. besides you need the time to rest so go find the weights you need.” and i did and i was dang glad i did it!


It was nice and slow this morning at the clinic. We had several surgeries cancel or reschedule. It was nice to have an easy day after not getting as much rest as i would have liked over the weekend!

The afternoon has been busy and isnt going very fast but thats ok. My mood is holding pretty well in spite of it!

    Love the lunges they make for the best glutes and glutes matter :-)

      LOL they are freaking killers man! my hip has hurt me all day. generally i do pretty good covering up my lameness issues but i have had several clients that have asked me why i was limping. need to try and walk more normal!
